If your contact information has changed, please contact the front office and give us your new address so that we can update our records. Any time that you do move, you must provide us with two proofs of residence for the new address. Please also remember to notify us anytime you have a change in phone numbers, as it is vital that we be able to contact you during the school day if necessary.
