Dear Parents,

We currently have plans to start selling student uniforms directly from SMS.  As a first step to implement the new plan we will start with selling the Polo Shirts at the school for the 2010-2011 school year.

SMS will have new colors and may also have new logo for the Polo Shirts. Our incoming 6th graders will be required to purchase the new POLO Shirts from the school for the 2010-2011 school year. Our returning students may continue to wear the Polo Shirts that were purchased in previous academic years until they graduate.

Current students who may need to purchase the Polo shirts for this school year may continue to do so as long as it is from G. Wiliie’s Uniform Store. G. Wiliie’s Uniform Store will continue to sell other uniform pieces for the 2010-2011 school year. Current students may also wait and purchase the new Polo shirts when they become available for sale at the school.

Incoming 6th graders should NOT purchase ANY Polo Shirts other then the ones that are sold at School.

If not purchased from the school, SMS may deny the Polo shirts and may ask parents to purchase the Polo shirts from the school.

The new Polo shirts will be available to be sold to all current and new students in late July or earlier here at SMS. Parents of the new students are required to place the Polo Shirts orders during the enrollment.
